We teach women the value of self-care
( spiritually, mentally, and physically) through our workshops, events, resources and tools.  With a goal of enhancing what women think about themselves & their children. W.M.M. helps women & their children rebuild their self-esteem and self worth after the effects of negative events e.g. domestic violence.  W.M.M. recognizes that by fostering the process of rebuilding ones self esteem and self worth this increases the likelihood of women becoming a positive role model for their children, and helps to open them up to what they can accomplish.  Becoming the "physical" example that their children need to become self-sufficient productive members of society.

Providing women with the knowledge to make better choices for themselves and their families.  Embracing the true meaning behind the word workshop, What Matters-Most? ensures that women walk away from workshops with the ability to apply what they have learned.  We believe that a person learns best with hands on experience!
